Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli tied the knot in a private ceremony in Italy today. The couple got married in a luxurious resort and had invited close friends and family.

Virat and Anushka had an official engagement ceremony a day prior to their wedding ceremony. We came across an adorable picture of the couple from their ring ceremony. Their unspoken chemistry is enough to take the internet by storm.

In the picture, Anushka looked stunning in a dark maroon saree by ace fashion designer Sabyasachi. She styled her look with beautiful earrings and neckpiece. Virat, on the other hand, looked dapper in a blue suit.

Check out the picture:

Anushka and Virat had been dating for over four years. Time and again, the lovebirds were spotted at various occasions. The two recently went for a holiday to New York. Virat had shared an adorable picture with Anushka and captioned it as, "Much needed break with my love."

Anushka had also gone to meet Virat in Sri Lanka where he was gearing up for the Test series. The couple solemnized their relationship today. There were rumors about them getting engaged earlier this year, but Virat had rubbished it.

The couple made a formal announcement on their social media accounts by posting, “Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey.”

The couple also shared lovely photos from the ceremonies. Anushka looked beautiful as a bride in  a pink lehanga and Virat made for a handsome groom. The couple wore Sabyasachi outfits and looked every bit royal. They will be hosting wedding receptions in Delhi and Mumbai on 21st and 26th December respectively.

The couple will then fly out to South Africa together. This will be Virat’s first cricket tour as a married man and he will be in South Africa for 2 months. They will be celebrating New Year’s eve together in South Africa.
