Pics: Shahid Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra look dapper at Zee Cine Awards 2018

Shahid Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra attended the Zee Cine Awards 2018 held in the city today. While Shahid looked dapper in a black shirt and checkered jacket, Sidharth looked handsome in a black-blue suit. The two posed for pictures together and spoke to the media collected there.

On the work front, Shahid will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's much awaited movie Padmavati. The movie, which also stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, is all set to release on February. The film is currently waiting for a verdict and a certificate from the censor board.

When asked about the controversies surrounding the film, Shahid had said, "It’s strange the way things have happened, but I don’t think they have worsened. We are surprised that it’s taking longer than anyone had anticipated. The release date has been deferred. People have chosen to make their decisions before seeing the film. I have been saying from the beginning that everyone should decide only after they’ve seen the film. I’ve been urging people to not have any preconceived notions about the film, which are not based on facts. I think facts can be discussed only when people have seen the movie."

Sidharth on the other hand will be seen in the gripping film, Aiyaary. It features Manoj Bajpayee, Naseerudin Shah, Anupam Kher, Rakul Preet, and Pooja Chopra, and is set to release on January 26th.
