Sonakshi Sinha was clicked in the city on a couple of occasions. During one spotting, Sonakshi was seen sporting a casual, black shirt teamed with denim pants. During another, she was seen donning a printed dark blue number. Sonakshi rocked both the looks as she smiled and posed for the shutterbugs.

On the acting front, Sonakshi is busy shooting for It Happened One Night, directed by Abhay Chopra. It is an adaptation of the 1969 movie by the same name. It also stars Sidharth Malhotra. The movie is a modern adaptation of the Yash Chopra directed 1969 murder mystery film titled Ittefaq. It starred the veteran actor Rajesh Khanna, Nanda and Sujit Kumar in the lead roles.

Sonakshi and Sidharth are sharing screen space for the first time in the remake, which is being co-produced by Red Chillies, Dharma Productions and BR films.

Sonakshi had spoken about the movie sometime back. Revealing that she will play a negative character for the first time in this film, she had said, "I have not seen the old Ittefaq. So for me, I am doing a new film. And I am sure a lot of people from our generation have not seen the original Ittefaq either. The way the film is rewritten and adapted to fit in today's scenario and time, makes it a fresh film. I am looking at it as a new film. It was the novelty of the part that drew me to the movie."

Sidharth had said, "It feels great to know that I've been chosen to recreate the magic of Rajesh Khanna and Nanda's edge-of-the-seat thriller. We've reworked the script to suit the current times, but kept the essence intact."

It Happened One Night will be helmed by Abhay Chopra, the grandson of B.R.Chopra, and is expected to release on November 3rd this year.
