Pics: Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra arrive in style at Ekta Kapoor’s Diwali bash

Today, Alia Bhatt and her rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra were clicked by the paparazzi at Ekta Kapoor’s Diwali bash. Alia looked like a million bucks in a traditional attire. She completed her look with a cute smile and light shade lipstick. Sidharth, on the other hand, looked dapper in a red kurta and white pyjamas. The duo smiled and posed as they made a stylish entry at the party.

The duo also attended Sanjay Kapoor's birthday as well as Diwali party at his bungalow in Juhu.

Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra may not have confessed their relationship in public, but their frequent appearances together are a testimony to what's brewing between the two. 

However, recently there were rumours that the duo has apparently called it a quit with no sign of reconciliation.  An insider revealed to the daily, "Sidharth and Alia have split, and unlike previous instances, this time, it seems permanent. They will not get back together again.” The insider further added, "Alia and Sid are avoiding each other and are not even on talking terms now. Maybe with time, they will get back to being friends, but for now, they are maintaining a distance from each other. They were having a lot of fights in the recent times. Mutually, they decided it wasn’t working out and it was better to end it."

However, when Sidharth was asked about this rumoured breakup with Alia, he said, "Alia and I break up? For what? Breaking tables and chairs."

He was also asked about how he used to impress his girlfriends in the past, to this he said, "I used to do bad desi raps. As a true gentleman, I made fewer mistakes. I treat them nicely especially my girlfriends."

On the work front, Sidharth Malhotra will be next seen in Ittefaq, which also stars Sonakshi Sinha in a lead role. Alia, on the other hand, is gearing up for Meghna Gulzar's Raazi wherein she is cast opposite Vicky Kaushal.
