PIC: Anushka Sharma's day is well spent with someone special and it's not Virat
Anushka Sharma shared a lovely picture of herself on her social networking handle.
We know that Anushka Sharma is going strong with her cricketer boyfriend Virat Kohli. Recently, we saw pictures of Anushka and Virat chilling in the lovely locales of Srilanka. That's right, Virat is there on work - a cricket series - and girlfriend Anushka was quick to join him there. A picture of the couple hanging out with team coach Ravi Shastri was making the rounds earlier in the day.
However, Anushka took to Instagram to share a special picture of herself with some dear ones. Sharing the picture of herself in the backdrop of many elephants, Anushka wrote, "A day spent with elephants ... is a day spent well" Isn't that sweet?
We know that Anushka Sharma is an animal lover and is often campaigning for their cause. She was also voted as PETA's hottest vegetarian a couple of years ago.
On the work front, Anushka was seen in the Shah Rukh Khan movie Jab Harry Met Sejal. The movie by Imtiaz Ali was much awaited. However, it unfortunately did not fare well at the box office. Imtiaz had spoken about the movie saying, "I am sure that a lot of people do not think that Jab Harry Met Sejal is an intellectual masterpiece, but I did not intend it to be one. Some said you really need to be intelligent to understand an Imtiaz Ali film. For me that was a blow. I feel that I have never been part of any intelligent club. I wanted to make a very simple film with all my heart. I have not made this film for praise. You know I would like to be the director who can make different kinds of films. This one is made to reach the maximum number of people. Not to just get praise for myself."
The two-hour-twenty-four-minute film revolves around the two characters and how Sejal (Anushka) bumps into tour-guide Harry (Shah Rukh) and together they set off visiting the exact same spots that she and her family visited -- in the hope of finding her lost engagement ring.
