Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married in a private ceremony in Tuscany, Italy.
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma broke the internet when the couple got hitched on December 11, 2017. Virushka tweeted a joint statement with pictures from the jai-maala ceremony.
Their joint statement read, "Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share this wonderful news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans and well-wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey."
Anushka's family were just as excited, for their darling munchkin's big day, as the newlyweds. We got our hands on some endearing pictures of Virat posing with Anushka's entire family including Anushka's dad Ajay Kumar Sharma, mom Ashima Sharma and brother Karnesh Sharma. The pictures are from Virushka's engagement, Mehendi and jai-maala ceremony.

Meanwhile, two receptions will be held in India. One will be on December 21, 2017, in Delhi which will be attended by the newlyweds' close friends. And another in Mumbai on December 26, 2017, which will be attended by the cricketers and Bollywood celebrities.
"The Bollywood brigade is expected to be represented by Anushka’s former co-stars, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, filmmaker Karan Johar, Katrina Kaif and Rani Mukerji, along with Mukesh and Nita Ambani," a source informed the tabloid.
