The father - daughter duo Anil Kapoor and Sonam K Ahuja were all smiles at the event as they posed for the photos together.
Actress Sonam K Ahuja and father Anil Kapoor have been spotted together at a post release event of the film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. Both of them looked stunning together as they posed in front of the paparazzi. Sonam sported a gorgeous look as she wore a long green coloured dress and white stilettos teamed up with a pair of brown coloured earrings. On the other hand, Anil Kapoor looked classy as usual as he wore a black shirt teamed up with black coloured jeans and matching shoes. The actor could be seen sporting a pink coloured badge which reads SET LOVE FREE in order to promote the film which is based on the topic of same - sex love. Actress Regina Cassandra also joined in with the father - daughter duo and posed for the photgraphs along with them.
Regina wore a full sleeve grey coloured top along with a light brown long tube skirt which she sported along with light brown coloured stilettos. Regina also happens to be a significant part of the film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga along with Sonam K Ahuja and Anil Kapoor. The film got released on February 1, 2019 in theatres all over India. It has been directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The film also stars Rajkummar Rao, Juhi Chawla, Brijendra Kala, Madhumalti Kapoor and Akshay Oberoi in significant roles. The film marks the debut entry of Regina Cassandra into the Bollywood film industry. It also happens to be the first ever collaboration of real life father and daughter Anil Kapoor and Sonam K Ahuja.
Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga follows the story of a lesbian Punjabi girl and her closeted life in which she attempts to break the barricades of the traditional and religious taboos imposed on her by her family members and the society. The film has mostly received positive reviews from the Indian audiences as well as the critics.
