Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez are leaving no stone unturned in promoting their upcoming movie A Gentleman. The actors have been out and about in the city to promote their movie. Today, they took a different route to promote their film - they took a part in a bike rally.
Sidharth was seen riding the bike and Jacqueline Fernandez was sitting behind hooting for the former. Their crackling chemistry onscreen has been the talk of the town ever since their film has been announced.
Not just their onscreen chemistry, but their offscreen link-up rumours were also doing the rounds. In an interview with a leading daily, talking about the rumours, he said "It's sad that going out for meals and chilling together has such connotations in this universe. Apparently, comfort between co-stars is suggestive of something more than a good working rapport. People in show business aren't given the leeway to be normal."
He went on to add, "I've been compelled to be okay with these rumours rather than be upset about them."
And despite the rumours, Sidharth and Jacqueline's pairing has been loved by the audience. When asked about the reason behind this effortless camaraderie with Jacqueline, Sidharth admitted, "You don't need an ice breaker with someone like Jacky, she's always positive. I don't remember her looking stressed, such energy is alluring. What worked for us was the fact that we gelled off camera. We bonded over our common interests. We used to keep talking about our love for horses and one morning, we just went horse riding at the race course."
A Gentleman is all set to release on August 25, 2017.
