Photos: Sanjay Dutt and wife Maanayata Dutt snapped at the airport

Sanjay Dutt and wife Maanayata Dutt were spotted at the Mumbai airport today morning.

Sanjay looked handsome as ever as he was seen wearing a white T-Shirt, trousers and a black leather jacket. Whereas Maanayata wore a yellow ruffled top and ripped jeans.

Both were walking hand-in-hand while they were exiting from the airport.

Meanwhile, Sanjay is gearing up for his comeback vehicle titled Bhoomi. The film is directed by Omung Kumar and also stars Aditi Rao Hydari as his onscreen daughter.

Since Dutt has been close to Rajkumar Hirani, who is also making a biopic on him, and Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the producers' and makers of Bhoomi decided to have them during the trailer launch of Bhoomi. The decision was made considering that Bhoomi marks a new chapter in the actor’s life and career.

Producer Sandeep Singh said, "Raju sir will be present at the launch. He is one of Baba's closest friends."

Bhushan Kumar adds, "Raju Sir and Vidhu ji are old associates of Sanjay and what better than to have them as part of his special moment."

He further added, "Vidhu sir has been Baba's aide for many years now. Ever since the conception stage of Bhoomi, we've kept Vidhu sir involved."

Bhoomi producers even explained that the producer-director duo of Raju Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra even changed their plans and working schedule to ensure that they were present by Sanjay's side on his big day.

Bhoomi is an emotional and sensitive revenge drama that explores the relationship between a father and daughter.

The film is slated to release on September 22, 2017.
