If you are one of those who loved Sacred Games, you would love to know that Saif Ali Khan is leaving no stone unturned for the second season of the show. The show's first season was appreciated and the viewers can't wait to watch the second part. After many hurdles, Sacred Games 2 has finally gone on floors. Today, Saif was clicked shooting for the show on the busy streets of Mumbai. The show is based on the critically acclaimed best-selling novel by Indian author Vikram Chandra. Saif will be again seen playing the character of Sartaj Singh.
Set in Mumbai, Sacred Games delves into the city’s intricate web of organized crime, corruption, politics, and espionage that lie beneath India’s economic renaissance. It is an epic masterwork of exceptional richness and power that interweaves the lives of the privileged, the famous, the wretched and the bloodthirsty. Interestingly, Saif's son Taimur Ali Khan has also joined him for today's shoot. Taimur was seen nestled in his nanny's arms while Saif continued to shoot

Earlier, there were reports that the second season might not see the daylight due to the ongoing Me Too movement but the makers refuted the reports. They issued a statement, "After an independent investigation, the results helped inform Netflix’s decision to continue with Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap on season 2 of Sacred Games. We continue to collaborate with our production partners to ensure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment."
Well, we are glad that we will get to see the second season soon.
