PHOTOS: Ranveer Singh and Karan Johar papped in the city

 

Karan Johar has recently returned from Australia where he attended the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2017. At the Film Festival, he was honored with Leadership in Cinema Award. After returning from Melbourne, Karan headed to Gauri Khan’s new store today. Gauri Khan has recently opened her flagship store Gauri Khan Designs in Mumbai. Celebrities like Farah Khan, Rani Mukerji, Sussane Khan, Neelam Soni and Seema Khan have been spotted visiting the store.

Gauri Khan and Karan Johar are said to be very close. In fact, it is Gauri who is designing a nursery for Karan Johar’s children, Roohi and Yash. Karan also took to his social media account to share a snap of him and Gauri. He also encouraged Gauri and showered praises on the new store launched by her by tweeting, “Karan wrote, "So proud of @gaurikhan what a spectacular space she has created!! Brilliant aesthetic and sheer Beauty! #GauriKhanDesigns."

We also spotted Ranveer Singh in the city today. He looked cool in his gym attire. Ranveer Singh has been busy shooting his next, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati. The magnum opus also stars Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor and will see Ranveer playing an antagonist for the first time. He will be essaying the role of Alauddin Khilji. The film is slated to release in November this year.

Ranveer is also gearing up to play the role of a rapper in Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boys in which he will be paired opposite Alia Bhatt for the first time.
