Ranveer Singh and Janhvi Kapoor were spotted by the paparazzi.
Ranveer Singh and Janhvi Kapoor were spotted in the city today and casually went about their day.
Ranveer was snapped by the shutterbugs as he was greeted by a young fan. The actor cutely posed with the girl who was all smiles for the shutterbugs.
The Padmavati actor looked sporty and handsome in a dark blue jersey which he paired with velvet maroon track pants, dark blue sneakers, a brown hat and black sunglasses.
Meanwhile, staying away from the controversies of Padmavati, Ranveer Singh's undivided attention is now focused on Gully Boy. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the movie will see the first collaboration between Singh and Alia Bhatt.
Ranveer and Alia will start shooting for Gully Boy from January 2018.
Gully Boy is inspired by the lives of two rappers Vivian Fernandes aka Divine and Naved Shaikh aka Naezy. Talking about Ranveer, Divine had said, "He's a cool guy and already dresses like a rapper so he needs no tips in the fashion department from me. It is one thing to get audiences to wake up and listen to our kind of music, which is not about girls, gold, and drugs but about real life in Mumbai. But it is an even greater thing when mainstream actors like Ranveer chose to be a Gully Boy. He's now a part of our movement."
Janhvi kept it sporty and looked pretty in a white t-back top with orange shorts and orange sneakers while her hair was tied in a plait.
Recently in an interaction with Pinkvilla, when we asked Sridevi if daughters Jhanvi and Khushi Kapoor take inspiration from the legendary actress, she revealed, "Well, I take inspiration from them. They guide me and I enjoy that. They are...Aaj ka hai (They are the new generation). They know better. They know what is in fashion. Sometimes you are in your own world. As a mother, I have other things to take. But, I enjoy asking them and we share. Sometimes, they ask me whether it looks good or not, what to change. The same way even I...we share each other's taste."
Janhvi will be making her Bollywood debut in Shashank Khaitan's Dhadak which also stars Ishaan Khatter. The movie which is produced by Dharma Productions is the Hindi remake of the 2015 Marathi film Sairat.
Dhadak is slated to release on July 6, 2018.
