Photos: Ranbir Kapoor takes a break from Shamshera's shoot to attend Kapoor's annual Christmas lunch
Ranbir Kapoor was snapped while making his way to Kapoor's annual Christmas lunch in Mumbai today. He was joined by his friend and Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji.

Legendary actor Shashi Kapoor had started an annual tradition of Christmas lunch for the whole family. No matter what, the who's who from Kapoor family makes a point to attend the Christmas lunch and spend quality time with each other. Sadly, last year, Shashi Ji breath his last, a few days before the Christmas. But that did not stop the Kapoor family from not following his traditions. Today, the whole family assembled together for the lunch and were snapped by the paparazzi.
Ranbir Kapoor, who rarely misses this get together arrived late for the lunch and was snapped with his friend and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji. In the photos, RK is seen donning a cute blue T-Shirt which has a teddy bear printed on the front and his initials on the back. Whereas Ayan sported a casual look wearing a dark blue T-Shirt and jeans with a faded blue denim jacket. They were all smiles while greeting other guests at the lunch.

Meanwhile, Ranbir has been away from the limelight for quite some time as he is busy shooting for Karan Malhotra's upcoming directorial, Shamshera at a popular studio in Mumbai. That's the reason Ranbir arrived late for the lunch as it was a working Christmas for him.
Before that, RK had been shooting for Ayan's Brahmastra along with his girlfriend and co-star Alia Bhatt in the city. Moreover, Ranbir's whole family including parents Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and her daughter are in New York City for Christmas.
