Photos: Ranbir Kapoor opts for a clean shaven and beefier look; is it for Shamshera?
We got our hands on a couple of new photos of Ranbir Kapoor from the sets where he was shooting. In the photos, the talented actor is seen sporting a clean shaven look.
Ranbir Kapoor is currently juggling between the shoots of two of his films - Brahmastra and Shamshera. The latter went on floors earlier this week with Ranbir and Vaani kickstarting the shoot. The makers have built a massive fort at the Film City, Goregaon in Mumbai. To built this massive fort, 200 to 300 people have lent their hand and the construction work was going for at least two months to get the perfect look. Meanwhile, RK who loves his fans immensely acknowledges for photos and selfies whenever they ask him. The talented actor never disappoints his fans and that's one of the aspects they love about him. Today, we got our hands on a couple of photos from the sets of Shamshera and Ranbir is sporting a handsome look. In the photos, Ranbir is seen sporting a black ganji and grey track pants with a snapback backwards. He is donning a clean-shaven look and has beefed up his biceps.

Talking about Shamshera, the film is being helmed by Karan Malhotra of Agneepath fame under Yash Raj Films' banner. Apart from Ranbir and Vaani, the period film also stars Sanjay Dutt as the main antagonist. Shamshera will be hitting the screens in the year 2020.
Earlier, in an interview with PTI, Ranbir spoke about the film stating, "Shamshera is not a story of a ‘daaku’, but a film based in the 1800s, it is about a dacoit tribe who are fighting for their right and independence from the British. There was a great story of heroism, a story rooted in our country which actually happened back then."
