PHOTOS: Mardaani 2 actress Rani Mukerji is all smiles as she decks up for a photoshoot

It’s good news for all the Rani Mukerji fans as she will be back on the big screen again with her upcoming movie Mardaani 2. The trailer of the movie has already been released which has received tremendous response from the audiences. The first installment of Mardaani was released back in the year 2014 in which Rani portrayed the role of Shivani Shivaji Roy, a brave cop who fought hard to curb the issue of human trafficking in the country.

With just a few days left for Mardaani 2’s release, Rani has left no stone unturned in its promotions at every possible platform. Recently, the actress jetted off to New Delhi for the same. She has now been snapped by the shutterbugs during a photoshoot for the movie. Rani kept it simple as she wore a dark blue sweatshirt teamed up with a pair of matching denims and casual shoes. The actress also teamed up her OOTD with a pair of cool framed shades.

Talking about Mardaani 2, apart from Rani Mukerji, it also stars Vikram Singh Chauhan, Shruti Bapna, Rajesh Sharma and Deepak Amin in pivotal roles. On the other hand, Vishal Jethwa plays the antagonist in the much – awaited movie. As for Rani, she will be reprising her role as Shivani Shivaji Roy in the movie. Mardaani 2 has been produced by Aditya Chopra and is directed by Gopi Puthran. It is scheduled to be released on December 13, 2019.
