Kangana Ranaut launched the new song Single Rehne De from her upcoming film Simran in the city. Along with her, the launch event was attended by the director Hansal Mehta, music directors Sachin-Jigar, singer Shalmali Kholgade and her siblings Rangoli and Akshat Ranaut.
At the event, Kangana donned a lazy look wearing a pyjama suit and tied her hair in a high ponytail. Her simple yet quirky look impressed everyone present there.
The talented actor was at her candid best and spoke at length about marriage, her controversies, the film Simran and more.

Talking about the film, Simran is Kangana's first outing with Hansal Mehta and is slated to release on September 15, 2017. In the movie, the actor will be seen playing the role of a Gujarati divorcee residing in the US, who is a kleptomaniac.
About the film’s plot and her inputs, Kangana had told a leading daily, “Nobody can take away from the fact that if Simran today is a story of a divorced woman, it's entirely introduced by me. If the film has feminist undercurrents, I included that. The father-daughter track, the lover's track in the film -- these are sub plots that I added.”
