Kangana Ranaut is headed to Hyderabad for launching the Telugu version of Manikarnika. Kangana was clicked at the airport and looked pretty in a maxi dress.

Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi has been in the news all year round. Kangana will essay the role of one of the most important freedom fighters - Rani Laxmibai. Manikarnika will trace the journey of Rani Laxmibai's fight against British colonizers for the independence of her country and land. The film also stars Jisshu Sengupta, Suresh Oberoi, Atul Kulkarni, and Ankita Lokhande.
Kangana has left no stone unturned for Manikarnika and is going miles for putting out the character of Rani Jhansi on the big screen. The promotions have already begun. Kangana was clicked at the airport and looked pretty in a maxi dress. She paired her dress with Jimmy Choo boots, Zara bag, and Gucci denim jacket. She is headed to Hyderabad for launching the Telugu version of Manikarnika.

In an interview with us, Kangana Ranaut was asked about working as a director for the film, and she revealed that this is not the first time she worked behind the camera. "This is not my first experience as far as supervising the edit or even directing a film is concerned. I was 23 or 24, when I directed my first film. It was a 10-minute short film that I had shot with an international crew. Also at that time, I was struggling with small roles in films like Double Dhamaal (2011). So I've been a director since then. Be it direction, writing or editing, I've already done it in the past," said the actress.
