Ishaan Khatter and Jhanvi Kapoor were clicked in the city.
Jhanvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter were spotted outside a restaurant in the city today, post lunch.
Ishaan, Shahid Kapoor's brother and Jhanvi, Sridevi's daughter are working together in the Hindi remake of Marathi superhit film, Sairat.
Jhanvi looked pretty in a simple sky blue colour dress whereas Ishaan rocked the black tee and camouflage print shorts.
As per the reports, the two will soon start shooting for Hindi remake of Sairat in December. The film is likely to release in the first half of 2018.
Badrinath Ki Dulhania director Shashank Khaitan will direct the Hindi remake of Marathi superhit Sairat. Sairat is the first Marathi film that collected about INR 100 crore at the box office.
This will be the debut film for Jhanvi, whereas Ishaan's first film Beyond The Clouds, directed by Majid Majidi will be releasing in a few months.
Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has picked up the Hindi remaking rights.They will co-produce the film with Zee, who are the original producers. The music to this Hindi film will be given by music composers Ajay-Atul who also composed songs for original Sairat.
A few months ago, it was reported that Karan had apparently asked for help from Nagraj Manjule (Sairat director) to give guidance to Shashank for the remake, but he had refused to come on board for the same.
When we contacted the director, he rubbished the news. He said, "From where are these reports coming from? I feel it's a joke because we didn't have a conversation about this. And any sensible person would help if he has been asked to. I have never met Karan Johar, but I would love to meet him and I love his movies. This is untrue."
