Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan spotted in the city.
Janhvi Kapoor was spotted outside a gym in the city. She was seen wearing a white t-shirt and a peach coloured joggers. Just yesterday, the first look of Janhvi from her Bollywood debut, Dhadak, came out. Post the release of the posters, we got in touch with director Shashank Khaitan and asked about the idea behind the creative aspect of the look.
On these lines, he told us, "I think the idea behind the posters was to give the honest representation of the film we want to make and to do justice to it. It was also about giving sense to the character we are going to portray and that's the basic intent we plan to do with the film. It's a special film and right from the title, we wanted to be honest."
We also asked him why are Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter the apt choices for his film? Replying to us, he said, "Honestly, I felt it right from the beginning. I was always very excited to go to two new fresh faces and see how it works. Janhvi and Ishaan get a sense of innocence to the table and that's what we will capitalize on."
On the other hand, Sara Ali Khan was clicked out director Abhishek Kapoor's office. She will be seen in Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath alongside Sushant Singh Rajput.
When Saif was asked about Sara's Bollywood debut, like any other father, the actor stated to a leading tabloid, "I am concerned for her, which is pretty normal for any father. But, I wouldn’t say I am nervous because I am not living vicariously through her."
"What worries me is the kind of relationships she is going to have. Or for that matter, how she will deal with failure — will she get upset and cry about them? These are things that niggle at me," Saif continued.
Regarding Sara being independent and making her own decisions at an early age, the actor said, "She simply came to me and told me that she is doing Kedarnath. We never discussed the script in detail, as I don’t think my opinion matters. Since it is her independent decision, she is happy to either fly with it or go down with it."
