Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan were clicked in the city.
Janhvi Kapoor, who was in Goa to attend the 48th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI 2017), is now back in the city and was snapped at the Mumbai airport today. Sara Ali Khan, on the other hand, was clicked outside director Abhishek Kapoor’s office.
Janhvi looked gorgeous in a casual tee and printed pants. She completed her look with black shades and a brown handbag. The actress was accompanied by her parents – Sridevi and Boney Kapoor. While Sridevi looked beautiful in a navy blue floral outfit, Boney was seen in a blue shirt and denim.
On the work front, Janhvi is all set to make her big Bollywood debut with Dhadak which is the Hindi remake of the Marathi movie Sairat. The movie also stars Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khatter in the lead role.
Dhadak will go on floors in December and will be filmed in Rajasthan. The movie is being helmed by Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania's director Shashank Khaitan. Produced by Dharma Productions and Zee Studios, Dhadak is slated to release on July 6, 2018.
Sara Ali Khan looked beautiful in a traditional attire. She was seen wearing a white kurta as she got clicked by the shutterbugs.
Sara will debut with Sushant Singh Rajput in Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath which is slated to release on December 21, 2018. It is a love story that unfolds in the course of a pilgrimage.
About her debut in Bollywood, father Saif Ali Khan had said in an interview to a leading daily, "I am very excited about her debut, I think she is one of the most hard-working, humble and focused people that I know. She wanted to be an actor ever since she did a television advertisement as a young girl. She has done some pretty serious theatre in New York, too. Sara is one of my most favourite people, I love her. I know everyone will say that about their children, but I admire the way she is. I wasn't involved in the selection of her first film. Having seen what I have signed recently, she probably thought that she'd rather ask somebody else. I don't think she is interested in my opinion (laughs!). On a serious note, Sara knows what she is doing, and we would hate to have one of those set-ups where papa is reading scripts for her, I can't even picture it."
