Photos: Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar enjoy a romantic dinner date in Mumbai

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar were rumoured to be dating for quite some time. It all started a few months ago and rumours started floating when Shibani shared a photo of walking hand-in-hand with an unknown man, who looked a lot like Farhan. A month after that, Farhan shared the same photo and kinda confirmed the relationship rumours. Moreover, they both even started sharing photos with each other on their Instagram pages. During, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's Bollywood bash held on December 1, 2018, Farhan and Shibani made a public appearance together for the first time.

Today, Farhan and Shibani were clicked post their dinner date in Mumbai. The duo was snapped outside a popular restaurant in the city while making their way towards the car. In the photos, Farhan was seen wearing a grey T-Shirt and black jeans. Whereas Shibani wore a black tank top and blue high waisted jeans with an unbuttoned checkered shirt. They were all smiles while the shutterbugs clicked them.

Meanwhile, during a recent interaction with IANS, Shibani spoke about how public scrutiny impacts her personal life. She stated, "I think it depends upon the individual and how you take it. There are some people that get really affected by it, there are some people that don't really care much."

Dandekar further said, "I think, when you are working in a public space, there needs to be a certain level of understanding that you need to have -- that your life is out there for the world to see. So, you have got to deal with it, to the best of your abilities. It's not always going to be easy."
