PHOTOS: Ekta Kapoor looks radiant as she dons a yellow outfit for her newborn’s naming ceremony

TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor is in a happy space right now both personally and on the work front. The producer has embrace motherhood, and she opted for surrogacy for the same. She shared a post on social media to announce the same and also revealed that they have named the little bundle of joy Ravie Kapoor taking inspiration from father Jeetendra's name. And now, Ekta has hosted her son's naming ceremony and in attendance are family members and close friends.

Ekta was snapped by the paps along with baby Ravie, and she looked radiant in a yellow ensemble for the evening. As she arrived, baby Ravie also accompanied her and was wrapped up in a polka dot blanket. She posed for the cameras, and also snapped by the shutterbugs were the likes of Vishal Singh, Smriti Irani, Sriti Jha, Tusshar Kapoor, Jeetendra, and many others. Abiding by the traditions, the family held the naming ceremony to formally welcome the baby into their house.

Ekta had written, "By God’s grace, I have seen many successes in my life, but nothing beats the feeling of this beautiful soul being added in my world. I cannot even begin to express how happy my baby’s birth has made me. Everything in life doesn’t go the way you want it to but there are always solutions to those hiccups. I found mine and today I feel immensely blessed to become a parent."
