Photos: Deepika Padukone clicked at the airport; Kiran Rao attends son Azad Rao Khan’s football game

Deepika Padukone was clicked by the shutterbugs at the airport today. The actress took a flight to Amaravati to attend an event. She looked pretty as she sported casual outfit.

Deepika is being conferred with the ‘Most popular Indian actress on social media’ award at the summit organised at Amaravati. A source had earlier told a leading daily, “The actress has confirmed that she will come to Amaravathi to receive the award.”

At the event, looked elegant as she sported a stunning green saree. Deepika tied her hair in a bun and sported exquisite jewelry. Rana Dagubatti also attended the event.

Deepika Padukone’s upcoming film, Padmavati has been mired in many controversies as many Rajput groups have alleged that the film has scenes between Queen Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji.Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film's director had even released a video to clarify that no such dream sequence has been shot, but protestors have resorted to vandalism and even threatened physical harm. The film was to release on 1^st December, 2017 but has now been postponed by the makers.

Kiran Rao was also snapped in the city today as she attended son Aza Rao Khan’s football game. Kiran looked stylish in an orange outfit and was seen cheering son Azad at the game. Azad Rao Khan attended Aaradhya Bachchan's birthday bash last night with dad Aamir Khan. Aazad looked super-cute in a traditional outfit.
