PHOTOS: Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and others visit Manish Malhotra's residence to pay condolences

Ace designer Manish Malhotra’s father passed away on November 18, 2019. His loved ones and friends immediately rushed to see him and to offer their condolences. The entire Bollywood film industry has been with Manish in such a hard time since then and all of them have made sure to pay the designer a visit. The prayer meet for Manish’s father was organized at an upscale hotel in Mumbai. Later on, many of his friends and acquaintances were present at the funeral.

Bollywood celebs like Karan Johar, Vaani Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra Jonas paid a visit to his house earlier. Among others to arrive at his residence included Anil Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan and Neetu Kapoor.  A little while back, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif have been snapped while arriving at his residence. Producer and actress Aarti Shetty was also spotted at his residence and so was Aparshakti Khurana who arrived for offering her condolences. Later on actress Kajol was also spotted who arrived with her daughter Nysa. 

Talking about Manish Malhotra’s late father, he was in his late 90s and was unwell for a while now. Manish’s close friend Karan Johar has been with him all the time ever since his father’s demise. The filmmaker has made sure to pay a visit almost everyday. The last rites of Manish’s father took place at Santacruz, Mumbai. His funeral took place at a crematorium. May his soul rest in peace!
