Alia Bhatt’s much-awaited movie Gangubai Kathiwadi’s official teaser has been finally released on social media. It has been making news ever since its inception for all the obvious reasons. As soon as the teaser was released, netizens and well-wishers alike praised the actress for her performance in the same. Among those who lauded her include Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Ram Charan, and others. Today also marks the movie’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday and he has thrown a party on the occasion.
As we speak of this, Alia Bhatt has been snapped by the paparazzi as she arrived at the filmmaker’s place for the birthday bash. The actress looked stunning as she wore white co ords which can be seen in the pictures. Later on, the actress-director duo can be seen waving at the paparazzi. Not only that but Alia also gestured with a ‘namaste’ in between exactly the same way she did in Gangubai Kathiawadi’s teaser.

For the uninitiated, Gangubai Kathiawadi will be released on July 30, 2021. The movie is based on the book titled ‘Mafia Queens of Mumbai’ by Hussain Zaidi. It chronicles the life of the titular character played by Alia who embarks on a journey to become the most powerful person in Kamathipura. Apart from the movie, Alia also has Brahmastra in the pipeline which has been directed by Ayan Mukerji. It also features Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead roles.
