Photos: Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor clicked at an event in the city

Today, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor made a stylish entry at an event in the city.

Alia looked amazingly beautiful in a light green kurta and red dupatta with embroidery. She styled her look with high heels and beautiful earrings. She was all smiles she posed for the cameras.

Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, looked dapper in a black shirt and trousers. The actor was all smiles as he got clicked by the shutterbugs.

Ranbir and Alia have been paired opposite each other in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The film that also stars Amitabh Bachchan will go on floors soon.

Alia Bhatt had recently shared on her social media account that she had begun prepping for Ayan’s film. A leading daily report suggests that Alia and Ranbir have started script-reading sessions at Ranbir Kapoor’s house in Mumbai. 

About working with Ranbir, Alia had said in an interview to a leading daily, “I’m super-excited. I’ve always been open about the fact that I admire Ranbir as an actor, and I’m dying to work with him because I’m going to learn more about acting as a craft (from him). I am just a big fan of Ranbir. I’m also most excited about working with Ayan (Mukerji; director) because I loved both his films (Wake Up Sid, 2009, and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, 2013). He’s a very dear person.”

Alia will also be working on Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy with Ranveer Singh. Ranbir Kapoor too has the Dutt biopic before he begins shooting for Brahmastra. Both, Ranbir and Alia have been taking special training for Ayan Mukerji’s film.
