Photos: Alia Bhatt and Abhishek Bachchan go out and about in the city

Today, Alia Bhatt and Abhishek Bachchan were clicked by the paparazzi in the city. 

Alia was clicked during a shoot.She was seen in a blue night suit and stole while talking on the phone. While Abhishek was clicked in an orange waistcoat, white kurta and pyjama.  He was all smiles as he got clicked by the paparazzi.

On the professional front, Alia is has started prepping for her two upcoming films - Gully Boy and Brahmastra. Gully Boy is directed by Zoya Akhtar. The Dear Zindagi actress will work with Ranveer Singh in the movie. On the other hand, Brahmastra stars Amitabh Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor and it is helmed by Ayan Mukherji. The movie is a trilogy of a fantasy adventure series.

She has also wrapped her upcoming movie Raazi, which also stars Vicky Kaushal in a pivotal role. Talking about her role, she had earlier said, "I'm going through one of the most extensive preparations for this film. The last time I did something like this, was for Udta Punjab. But that also was only with the dialect. Raazi is about dialect, body language and things like driving a big heavy jeep... Shifting those gears is a different ball game for me altogether. I am learning Urdu so it's also going to help me in the longer run. I'm playing with the language for over a month now and every day, I am sitting with it for hours. I know most of my dialogues by heart right now because I have been reading them over and over again. I am having a lot of fun with it."

Abhishek, on the other hand, will reportedly work with Aishwarya Rai again in a new Bollywood film. The two are reportedly coming together after a long time in the remake of the 1973 classic film, Abhimaan. The original film starred Abhishek's father and mother, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bhaduri (Bachchan) in the lead. According to a leading publication, the remake of this phenomenal film by Hrishikesh Mukherjee will be helmed by Tamil cinematographer-director Rajiv Menon.
