Photos Alert: Taapsee Pannu, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez promote Judwaa 2 in Delhi

Taapsee Pannu, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez were today clicked in Delhi, promoting their upcoming movie Judwaa 2. The trio was seen posing and dancing on the stage.

While Taapsee looked super hot in a black dress, Varun Dhawan looked dapper in a yellow sweatshirt teamed up with denim and Jacqueline looked damn cute in a black one piece. 

In a recent interview, talking about Judwaa 2, Varun said, "Judwaa 2 is a very 'today' film. It felt like a completely new film for me. I saw my dad concentrate a lot more on storytelling, on relationships like recreating the Nandu and Raja friendship. The experience of working with dad once again was novel and unique for me (senior Dhawan had earlier directed Varun in 2014 romantic comedy Main Tera Hero). Mine is a very fresh approach towards both the characters and I have played them in my own way. Story, screenplay, dialogues, circumstances — everything has changed in this reboot." 

 Junior Dhawan also revealed the reason why was he eager to do Judwaa 2. He said, "The real reason I was eager to do Judwaa 2 was because it's a story on identical twins. The actor gets a lot of scopes to play around with comedy. It’s basically a human emotion story which had worked then and hopefully, it will work now as well. My dad had told me to watch Gulzar Saab’s Angoor for reference. I also watched Sridevi’s Chalbaaz few times."

The movie is directed by David Dhawan and is a sequel to the 1997 comedy classic, Judwaa which then Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha. Judwaa 2 is slated to release on September 29, 2017. There will be a cameo by Salman in the movie who will be reprising his twin characters - Raja and Prem.
