Photos Alert: Akshay Kumar, wife Twinkle Khanna and Arjun Kapoor spotted at a Diwali party

Akshay Kumar, wife Twinkle Khanna and Arjun Kapoor were today clicked at a friend’s Diwali Party. The couple walked hand-in-hand and were all smiles as they exited the party.

While Akshay looked dapper in a white kurta and blue denim, Twinkle looked beautiful in a white kurta and pyjama. She completed her look with a gajra. 

On the professional front, Akshay Kumar is all set to be seen in R Balki's directorial PadMan which is also Twinkle Khanna's debut production under her home banner Mrs Funnybones Productions. the movie is a biopic on Arunachalam Muruganantham, a small town entrepreneur from Tamil Nadu who invented low-cost sanitary napkins to generate awareness in rural areas. It is all set to release next year on April 13, 2018. Along with Akshay, the movie also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in pivotal roles. The movie will also see Amitabh Bachchan in a cameo. 

Arjun Kapoor also arrived at the party and looked handsome in a blue shirt. The actor was all smiles as he posed for the shutterbugs. Arjun, who is a son of top producer Boney Kapoor, chose to find a launch vehicle that wasn’t helmed by his father. Earlier during an interview, he had said, “At that time, it wasn’t a good or bad thing to be launched by your father in a film. But I didn’t want to take the easy way out and I wanted to get work on my own [merit]. It’s not like I was lazing at home and told my father, ‘OK, I’m going to tell Aditya Chopra to launch me’. I did spend time meeting people and trying to land auditions.” 

The actor was last seen in Mubarakan alongside Anil Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty. He will next be seen in Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar where he will be sharing screen space with Parineeti Chopra. Apart from that, he is also part of Namastey London which also stars Pari.
