PHOTOS: Akshay Kumar returns to Mumbai after 2.0 trailer launch; Ranveer Singh back to bay post Simmba's shoot

Just yesterday, we saw Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif starer Zero's trailer, and mind you, everyone was smitten by how it looked. And today, as the trailer of 2.0 released, fans were equally excited as it is one of the other much awaited films for this year. Starring Akshay Kumar and Rajnikanth, 2.0 is the sequel to the 2010 Tamil film, Enthrian. As the trailer launched earlier in the day In Chennai, it was well received by the fans in terms of what it had to offer. And after all the success around its trailer, Akshay headed back to Mumbai. He was spotted at the Airport after a day filled with content. He donned an all-black outfit which was a combination of a hoody and denims coupled with sneakers. 

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh returned to Mumbai post his shoot in Goa for his upcoming film with Sara Ali Khan, Simmba. In the Rohit Shetty film, Ranveer will be seen playing a cop and the fans can't wait. He will be also seen getting into the shoes of Kapil Dev for his upcoming film 83. In his personal space, the actor will be tying the knot with ladylove Deepika Padukone on November 14 and 15. Ranveer was seen wearing yet another of an unconventional outfit and colour. His outfit for the night was a lilac track-suit and a white t-shirt with his statement sunglasses and sneakers.

2.0 will see Rajnikanth as Chitti, the robot while Akshay will be playing the crow man. Akshay, is the scientists whose experiment goes wrong and that's when  Chitti comes to the rescue, saving the world after what transpires.

Akshay Kumar, while talking about the film said, "I have gone through a lot of challenges for the film. Shankar is a scientist not a director. I used to sit for makeup for 3 hours." At the trailer launch, Akshay also spoke a few words in Tamil and had everyone in awe of him and his efforts.

2.0 will be releasing on November 29, 2018, and promises to be a great watch on the big screens as the actors have gone an extra mile for this one, and it is visible. Simmba is slated to release on December 28, 2018.
