Photos: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan feels the love as Abhishek Bachchan hosts a surprise birthday party

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is celebrating her 45th birthday today and is surrounded by her loved ones including husband and actor Abhishek Bachchan along with their darling daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. While Aishwarya is known for her keeping her birthday celebrations very low-key, Abhishek made sure to make his wife feel extra special today. The actor, who is shooting for Anurag Basu's Life in a Metro sequel in Hooghly, took a small break and hosted a surprise party for Aishwarya last night.

The actress took to Instagram today to share some pictures from the intimate celebrations on her Instagram page. In one of the photos, Aishwarya is seen posing near her birthday cake along with Abhishek, Aaradhya, mom Brinda Rai and others. The birthday girl looked ethereal as always in a simple full-sleeved top with black pants, while Abhishek looked handsome in a white hoodie and jeans. Aaradhya looked cute as a button in a baby pink frock which was paired with a matching hairband.

Meanwhile, Abhishek whisked Aishwarya and Aaradhya to Goa for a quick getaway to continue the actress' birthday celebrations. Aishwarya took to Instagram to share a selfie of the trio twinning in sunglasses as they were spotted at the Mumbai airport.

Abhishek will head back to Life in a Metro's shoot on November 4, 2018.

Meanwhile, the real-life couple unites on-screen after almost a decade in Anurag Kashyap's Gulab Jamun, which will be helmed by debutante director Sarvesh Mewara.
