Photos: After attending the closing ceremony of IFFI, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif return to the city

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif attended the closing ceremony of the International Film Festival of India held in Goa. Salman and Katrina shared the stage with Amitabh Bachchan, Sidharth Malhotra and Akshay Kumar at the closing ceremony event.

Katrina looked gorgeous in a blue embroidered outfit by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, whereas Salman Khan looked dapper in a suit at the ceremony. Katrina was all smiles as she posed for pictures on the red-carpet.

Salman and Katrina returned to Mumbai from Goa last night. While Salman donned a black shirt and blue denim, Katrina looked pretty in a white tee and denims which she teamed with a black and white checkered shirt.

Talking about the festival, Salman Khan, had said, "The Festival has a fantastic line-up this year and I look forward to attending the closing ceremony and meeting some of the best names in cinema from across the world.” 

Katrina who attended the ceremony for the first time had earlier stated to a leading daily, "I look forward to being a part of IFFI. For me, it’s all the more special because it will be my first-ever visit. I’m happy to be a part of Asia’s oldest film festival, especially since it celebrates the ‘future of cinema’ this year.” She had also said that she “was excited to attend such a prestigious film festival."

Salman and Katrina are gearing up for the release of their upcoming film Tiger Zinda Hai. The film is set to hit the screens on December 22, 2017. The makers are going to launch a new song on Bigg Boss 11 soon.
