Photos: Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim promote Secret Superstar in Delhi

Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim were all smiles for the shutterbugs at an event in the capital.

Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim are out and out promoting their soon-to-be-released film Secret Superstar. They have been doing city promotions and Aamir even visited Turkey for the same.

Yesterday, Aamir and Zaira were in the capital for a promotional event and were totally in a jovial mood. Aamir was seen in a dark blue striped T-Shirt with cobalt blue pants. He teamed it up with black shoes and tied his hair in a wired headband.

Whereas Zaira wore a white shirt with balloon sleeves and bow neck and black floral printed midi dress. She tied her hair in a bun and rounded her look by wearing a pair of black pumps.

Also snapped at the event was the director of Secret Superstar, Advait Chandan.

In a recent interview, Aamir spoke about Secret Superstar and Zaira. He stated, "In the trailer, you might have seen Shakti Kumarr helping the girl, but in reality, the girl uses him. She is a 14-year-old girl who is very spunky. She doesn’t need help from any man. Zaira was the first choice for Secret Superstar. She first tested for Dangal and then I told Advait about her and then we checked her for this movie. And then we selected her. She became that character in the auditions."

The film is set to hit the screens during Diwali weekend that is, October 19, 2017.
