Today, Aamir Khan hosted the premiere of his soon-to-be-aired short film Rubaru Roshni in the city. The event was attended by many celebs including Aamir's son Junaid Khan.

On December 31, 2018, Aamir Khan took to his social media pages and announced that he is producing a short film titled Rubaru Roshni, which will be aired on the occasion of Republic Day, that is, January 26, 2019, on Star Plus. Aamir tweeted a short video announcement and captioned it saying, "Hey guys, our next film from AKP is premiering on @StarPlus, on 26th Jan at 11am. It's something that Kiran and I have produced, and which we are very close to. #RubaruRoshni. Directed by @content_rules Don't miss it. Love. a."
Today, the premiere of Rubaru Roshni is being held in Mumbai and a lot of Bollywood celebrities were seen marking their presence. Aamir was clicked while making his way towards the screening. He wore a dark pink T-Shirt and blue jeans with a black jacket. He teamed it up with a grey cap and a pair of black boots. Also spotted at the premiere was Aamir's eldest son Junaid Khan, who sported a handsome look. He was seen in a black T-Shirt and faded blue jeans with brown shoes.

Last year, when Aamir appeared on Koffee With Karan 6, he was asked about Junaid. To which he said that if his son Junaid won't be as good an actor he needs to, he won't promote his film and give false hopes to the fans.
