Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli will reportedly return to the city today from Italy.
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Italy two days ago. The couple announced their nuptials on social media and wrote, “Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share this wonderful news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans and well-wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey."
Anushka and Virat will be hosting a reception in Delhi on 21st December and in Mumbai on 26th December.
A source revealed to a leading daily, "Virat’s first invites were sent to Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh, who he’s closest to in the team. On the other hand, Anushka sent her first wedding invitation to Adi and Shah Rukh Khan. SRK, too, is in the know of things because Anushka, who is very close to the superstar, was shooting for a film opposite him and has now taken a break for her nuptials."
Virat and Anushka have starting sending out their wedding reception invitations to members of the film industry. Today, Mahesh Bhatt shared Anushka and Virat’s reception invite which is subtle yet classic. They have also attached a sapling with each box of invitation. Isn’t this very thoughtful?
Virat and Anushka will be selling their wedding photographs and will be giving the amount for charity.
