Varun and Taapse groove to Oonchi Hai Building 2.0
Varun Dhawan’s next, Judwaa 2 is the second installment of the 1997 Salman Khan-Karisma Kapoor-Rambha starrer, Judwa. Judwaa 2 stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu as female leads. The film has been directed by David Dhawan. The makers have retained two iconic songs from the original film, Tan Tana Tan and Oonchi Hai Building 2.0 and Anu Malik has rehashed the songs.
The makers have released the trailer of the song Oonchi Hai Building 2.0 and the track will be out soon.Today, Varun Dhawan took to his social media account and shared a new still from the song. Varun and Taapsee can be seen grooving to the song in the photo. Varun captioned the image as, “Soo excited about #OonchiHaiBuilding2.0 . Had such a blast shooting this in london @taapsee with my main boy @boscomartis”. Tan Tana Tan was also launched recently and it has been very well received.
The film will see Varun reprising Salman Khan’s role from the original film. About comparisons with superstar Salman Khan, Varun had told a leading daily, “It’s unfair to him (Salman) if they compare me to him. I am trying to be myself, and Judwaa 2is a great opportunity because for the first time, I am playing a double role. Playing a double role for any actor is difficult, and I am just going to put my head down and try to create two characters which are entertaining that people care for. Raja and Prem are going to be two fresh characters.”
The film will release on 29th September, 2017.
