Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik congratulates Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma on their wedding.
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's love story prove that fairytale love stories do exist. They got married in a private ceremony in Tuscany, Italy. Virat and Anushka tweeted out pictures from their wedding ceremony, making it official for their fans on social media.
Their joint statement read, "Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. We are truly blessed to share this wonderful news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans and well wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey."
Now, internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has found a unique way to congratulate Virat and Anushka. He created a sculpture depicting Virat and his bride Anushka on a beach in Puri, Odisha.
He wrote, "Congratulations to @imVkohli & @AnushkaSharma, as they embark on their New Journey together. My SandArt at Puri beach in Odisha . #VirushkaWEDDING #Virushkakishadi (sic)."
The couple will be hosting a reception in New Delhi for their relatives on December 21 which will be followed by a reception for industry friends and cricketers in Mumbai on December 26. Post their wedding the newly wed couple will be shifting to their new residence in Worli, Mumbai in December once they return from Delhi.
