Mahira Khan was snapped in Dubai as she will be attending an award function there.

The Raees actress looked pretty in a white top teamed with a black jacket and black pants. The actress was all smiles as she was clicked by the cameras.

Recently, while promoting her film, Verna that released to packed theatres, Mahira was asked about the kind of wedding she would like to have; a grand wedding in Lahore or Karachi or an intimate wedding with close friends and family. She said, “It’s my wedding, I can go anywhere I want. I want a destination wedding if I ever get married again; maybe up north will be nice.” Mahira was previously married to Ali Askari with whom she has a son, Azlan.

A few months ago, Mahira's pictures with Ranbir Kapoor in New York went viral on the internet. She was slammed by people online for her outfit and smoking with the actor.

About the controversy she had said in an interview, “I’d be lying if I said that I decided right off the bat that I wouldn’t respond to this controversy. And I’m a very strong woman but when all of this happened, I was completely shattered and broken. I would think about posting a statement every day. Then I would stop myself because I just wouldn’t know what to say.”

Ranbir had released a statement saying, “I’ve gotten to know Mahira in a personal capacity over the last few months. She is somebody who I admire and respect, for her achievements and even more for the person she is. It is very unfair the way she is being judged and spoken about. What is also sad is the inequality in judgment just because she is a woman. I request you to stop the negativity and move on with your beautiful God-gifted lives. Peace and love. PS: Both smoking and hate are injurious to health,” after the controversy erupted.
