Anushka recently returned to Mumbai after spending time with Virat in Sri Lanka
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have been setting relationship goals ever since they started dating. The two are always seen by each other’s side, be it movie screenings of cricket matches. Recently, they took a short vacation in America. Virat Kohli had shared a photo on his social media account from their trip and captioned it as, “Much needed break with my ❤”
While Virat has been quite vocal about his relationship, Anushka chooses to keep quiet about it. When prodded, she had said, “I will tell you why I don't want to talk about it. I was open about my relationship because I thought that's me handling something maturely and I expected people also to handle it maturely. But I feel not everyone knows how to do that. All they are interested in is scoops. 'Oh! They met.' - If you are dating someone you will meet them na? How can meeting someone become such big news? It was just too much. As an actor, I was giving some of my best performances but in an interview, the headline would always be about my personal life."
A couple of weeks ago, Anushka had flown out to Sri Lanka to be with boyfriend Kohli as he is stationed there for a cricket series. The two planted saplings there and had a nice day out in a safari park with the elephants.
