Lisa Haydon shared a picture with her son Zack Lalvani on Instagram in which the mother-daughter duo are in the ocean. Zack in his mom's arms and Lisa is playing with the tides.

Three days back, Lisa shared a photo with her son in a baby pool. Lisa captioned the picture, 'First swim lesson ... in Greatest discovery- portable/inflatable Labi Baby pool #5months'. Zack Lalvani, born on May 17, 2017, turns five-month-old, mentions Lisa in her photo caption.

Earlier, Lisa shared a picture of breastfeeding Zack with a powerful message. She said, "I've gotten loads of posts asking about life after having my son... esp to do with weight and fitness. Seeing as it's World Breastfeeding Week- time to give some credit where credit is due. Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby. Breastfeeding has been challenging+time consuming (literally hours spent everyday trying to stimulate milk supply) but it's such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk. Lisa tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend Dino Lalvani in an intimate low-key ceremony in October last year. Talking about her marriage, she had earlier said "Life has not changed much after marriage. I went straight back to work. But I guess changes come after having a baby, not after marriage, especially if you are married to the right person who understands your lifestyle and profession. I think I was married to my husband in mind before it happened officially. When you fall in love, you make a commitment to each other. It's all about that.”
