Recreating old songs is in vogue and is surely working in favour for the producers. Well, the latest one to join the league is none other Kajol who is seen grooving to the revamped version of Tabu's song Ruk Ruk Ruk. Those who have been a fan of 90's original track, this is a little contemporary version and Kajol is fun in the video of the song from her film, Helicopter Eela. The foot-tapping track has been recreated by Raghav Sachar and crooned by Palomi Ghosh.
The original song was sung by Alisha Chinai and was picturised on Tabu and Ajay Devgn. Anu Malik was the composer for the famous Ruk Ruk song. Kajol has given all the credits to Tabu and shared a picture with her on Instagram. Both the divas are seen hugging each other in the picture. The photo speaks loud of their connection as good friends. Tabu and Kajol have a smile on their faces and are elated to be in each other's company. Kajol captioned the pic as, "With the original #RukRukRuk girl, @tabutiful! Fun has no time limit!."

Talking of Helicopter Eela, the film is about Kajol who plays the role of an over-protective mother and lands up joining her son's (Ridhi Sen) college creating a claustrophobic environment for him. In the trailer, you see the struggle of a mother and how she fits in the modern world.
The trailer has created a right buzz for the film. We wish the movie too gives justice to the trailer. The movie also features Neha Dhupia and Tota Roy Choudhury in pivotal roles.
Helicopter Eela, directed by Pradeep Sarkar, will hit the theatres on October 12, 2018.
