Fawad Khan may not be starring in Bollywood movies anymore but the actor still has a place in all of our hearts. 

The heartthrob is currently immersed with the shooting of his upcoming Pakistani movie Maula Jatt 2. 

The movie is being directed and produced by Bilal Lashari and is the remake of Younis Malik's Maula Jatt which was released in 1979.

The cast of Maula Jatt 2 comprises of  Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi playing the lead roles along with Mahira Khan, Adnan Jaffar, Shamoon Abbasi and Humaima Malik.

Humaima took to her Instagram page to share a selfie with Fawad and Bilal from the sets of the movie. 

Fawad looked handsome as ever in a grey v-neck tee, black jeans and black sneakers. He was seen sporting long hair and a sexy beard. Humaima looked pretty in an army green top and grey track pants with white boots.

Maula Jatt 2 marks the onscreen reunion of the Humsafar couple Fawad and Mahira.

Meanwhile, Fawad was embroilled in controversy last year when the Uri Attacks led to the ban on Pakistani artists in Indian movies. Fawad, who was last seen in Kapoor & Sons, spoke to a Pakistani daily about his equation with his Bollywood friends. He said, "I’m still in touch with a lot of my friends there. Nothing’s really changed. Obviously, I’m not a man of steel in that people’s words don’t affect me. They might hurt me. But I am becoming immune to it as time goes by. I have no expectations from them, and that’s what I think has developed this camaraderie. Even if I don’t work with them ever again, I’ll still always have love and regard for them, and I assume that’s how they feel as well. That’s why we’re still in touch. We even make plans to meet, to catch-up."
