Parineeti Chopra and Vidya Balan have an eventful day in the city, view pics

Vidya Balan was today clicked exiting a recording studio in the city. She looked gorgeous in a traditional outfit and rounded her look with sunglasses and high heels. The actress was seen walking towards her car and she even waved out to the paparazzi.

Vidya recently won Filmfare's Best Actress award for her sweet and fantastic portrayal of Sulu in the film Tumhari Sulu. 

On the professional front, she will play the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi onscreen in a project based on journalist-author Sagarika Ghose's book "Indira: Indias Most Powerful Prime Minister".

"I am happy to have acquired the rights to Sagarika Ghose's ‘Indira...', because I have always wanted to play Indira Gandhi. I haven't decided yet whether it should be a film or a web series, but that will take a while anyway," Vidya had said. 

Parineeti Chopra was also clicked at an event today. She looked super-stylish in a white stunning top and blue denim which she teamed with a black belt. Neat hairdo and beautiful earrings accentuated the look. 

On the professional front, Parineeti will be next seen in Dibakar Banerjee’s, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The movie also stars Arjun Kapoor in the lead role. 

The lovely actress will also play a lead role in the film Kesari that also stars Akshay Kumar. In the film, Pari will be seen playing the role of Akshay's wife. 

Talking about her role in the film, a source earlier stated to a leading daily, "Although the film is about the battle, Pari plays an important role. She will be seen as Akshay’s wife."
