Padmaavat screening: Gauri Khan shies away from getting clicked, Kajol gets chatty on the phone

A special screening of Padmaavat was hosted in the city today. Stars galore attended the preview of the much awaited film. Varun Dhawan, Rishi Kapoor, David Dhawan, Shilpa Shetty, Rekha, Yami Gautam, Kriti Sanon and others were clicked at the theatre. The film’s cast Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were also spotted at the screening.

However, Gauri Khan and Kajol’s entry made head turns at the special screening. Gauri Khan sported a checkered shirt with denims and donned a black cap. Gauri avoided being clicked and was engaged with her phone. Kajol, too sported a blue shrug which she teamed with a black top and pink-frame sunglasses. She was busy on the phone as she arrived at the screening.

Kajol has started filming for her next, Eela which is being produced by husband Ajay Devgn. She has not worked with Bhansali in a film. She had earlier revealed the reason for the same. “Yeah. Sure. No two ways about it but I don’t know if I will have the right presence of mind or perfection of posture to be a Sanjay Leela Bhansali heroine.”

Gauri Khan on the other hand is quite close to Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He has directed Shah Rukh Khan in Devdas and are possibly going to work together in another film this year. He will most likely star with Kangana Ranuat in the film. However, further details on the project are awaited.

Recently, Sanjay Leela Bhansali had paid a visit to Gauri Khan’s flagship design store and Gauri had shared the photos on her social media account.
