Amidst speculation about their engagement, Nick Jonas arrived in India with his parents today. Nick was clicked exiting the airport with his parents, Kevin and Denise Jonas a little while ago. Priyanka Chopra received Nick and his family at the airport. Nick Jonas’ parents are reportedly in India to meet her family. The couple will be hosting an engagement bash at a five star hotel in Mumbai on Saturday. The couple got engaged after he popped the question on her birthday last month in London.
At the airport, Nick Jonas’ parents were clicked carrying a special Tiffany & Co. bag. Nick Jonas had proposed to Priyanka Chopra with a 5-carat $200,000 ring and had shut down the store in London to buy the perfect ring for his ladylove. Now, it seems that his parents also have a special gift for Priyanka. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have been traveling across the world to bond with each other’s families. Priyanka attended his cousin Rachel Tamburelli’s wedding in New Jersey in June and bonded with his family.
Nick Jonas also flew to India to meet her mother. The couple travelled to Goa to enjoy a getaway with her friends and cousins. Nick and Priyanka are reportedly keen on having a short engagement. Sources informed E! News that this engagement bash will allow their families to inter-mingle and bond before their wedding. Priyanka and Nick Jonas may tie the knot soon.
