Mr. India revisited: Anil Kapoor and Sridevi pose for an EPIC photo at Mohit Marwah’s sangeet ceremony
Manish Malhotra today shared a picture on his Instagram account from the grand celebrations where he is seen posing with Sridevi, Anil Kapoor and Karan Johar.
The wedding festivities of actor Mohit Marwah and fiance Antara Motiwala have already begun in Ras Al Khaimah. The two who have been dating each other for a long time now will tie the knot on Tuesday.
Today, designer Manish Malhotra shared a picture on his Instagram account from the grand celebrations where he is seen posing with Sridevi, Anil Kapoor and Karan Johar.
Manish captioned the image saying, ‘’ #allaboutlastnight#sangeet #antumoh with myfavourite people @sridevi.kapoor @anilskapoor@karanjohar.’’
Sridevi and Anil Kapoor were one of the hottest on-screen couples of their time. The two captured millions of hearts with their sizzling chemistry and spectacular performance in Mr. India. After almost 20 years, we got to see the iconic on-screen couple in the same frame.

Talking about his sister-in-law and co-star Sridevi, Anil had told a leading daily, "Well, she is a complete actress. I have done a lot of films with her and in the last many, many years, I think she is the best.’’
Anil, who is expected to be a part of Mr. India sequel, is open to working with Sridevi again. He had said: "It depends on script, if there is anything interesting, why not. Well, Mr. India sequel is definitely on. So, that's definitely there."
On the work front, Anil Kapoor is busy shooting for Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. The film is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar and produced by her brother Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The movie also stars daughter Sonam Kapoor, Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao.
Sridevi was last seen in the movie MOM produced by hubby Boney Kapoor. The movie, which also featured Nawazuddin Siddiqui, fared decently at the box office. There are also reports that Sridevi is all set to collaborate with the director of English Vinglish, Gauri Shinde for the sequel of the film.
