Mijwan Fashion Show 2018: Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are set to walk the ramp for Manish Malhotra

Ex-couple Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are all set to walk the ramp for designer Manish Malhotra at the Mijwan Fashion show. The two were slated to walk the ramp on April 9, 2018. However, since both Ranbir and Deepika had fallen ill, it was postponed to April 19, 2018.

Celebrities present at the show include Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar, Mouni Roy, Neetu Kapoor, Daisy Shah Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam. 

Deepika looks drop dead gorgeous in a glittery gown. She tied her hair in a ponytail and completed her look with statement earrings and minimal makeup. Ranbir looks handsome in a black and cream floral sherwani. The actors posed for the pictures at the star-studded affair.

About walking for the show, Ranbir had said, "We, the young people of India, need to turn our attention towards rural India and focus on empowering the girl child. My sister Riddhima and I were raised as equals and I want every girl and boy to be treated equally. To my young friends, I say “Be the Change you wish to see in the world. You can do it and your time starts now."
