Manushi Chhillar made the nation proud when she won the coveted title of Miss World 2017. Manushi ended the 17 year long wait for India. Priyanka Chopra had won the title in 2000. With her elegance, poised demeanor and intelligence, she managed to bag the title.
Manushi has been fulfilling her commitments with the Miss World organization and has been traveling across the globe to champion various causes. Manushi has been attending various press conferences and has been meeting with other aspirants in order to motivate them.

In a recent interview, she said, “I want to spread awareness about menstrual hygiene.” Manushi will be working for this cause in India and across the globe. She wants to spread awareness and educate women about menstrual hygiene management.
Manushi had revealed that it was her mother who dreamt of this world for her. She had said, “My mom is very fond of Aishwarya Rai (Bachchan) and she would tell me, ‘Manu, I see you there someday.’ So, Miss World was a dream, but my education was equally important. My parents have always encouraged me to follow my dreams and do what makes me happy."
