Mahira Khan visits Google Headquarters as she seeks support for Shaukat Khanum; view PIC

Mahira Khan has always supported a good cause, and as the brand ambassador for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital, she has gone all out to seek support and put her stardom to a good use. And while she has attended fundraisers for the same, she recently visited the Google Headquarters, the news of which she shared on her social media. The actress wrote in her post, "I am not a tech geek but man I was geeking out at @google HQ! Can’t wait to go back, had a greeaaaat time. We at @shaukatkhanum are grateful for the support. P.S Its true’ Google does know everything"

Mahira has always stood upright for the cause she supports, and while she keeps going to events for fundraising and garner support for the cause, she has also slammed trolls that made fun of the deed. Mahir, just like the many actors who indulge in philanthropic activities, successfully put her stardom to support the right cause, and at every point, she strong stands by it.

These two boys followed me around the whole time. They hadn’t watched any of my films but they insisted they knew someone called Raja. They said ‘Raja hero hai!’. We kept trying to guess who they are talking about. Finally they sang a song from @varundvn ‘s film. They also said they want to be like him. Mahira's film with Shah Rukh Khan, Raees, released last year in January and there happened to be a lot of controversies around her as well as the film. Earlier, during an interview, Mahira had stated that Hindi film industry was never her aim. Her film did not release in Pakistan and she wasn't allowed to promote the same in India either. Talking about it she had stated how she was angry, hurt and disappointed earlier, but she made peace with it later.
