Cannes 2018: Mahira Khan shines in style at an after-party

Bollywood's leading ladies namely Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut and Sonam Kapoor strutted on the red carpet and flaunted their on-point fashion game at Cannes 2018. 

Joining this list now is Pakistani actor Mahira Khan who is known as a fashionista herself and makes her debut at Cannes 2018. She impressed the fashion police on the red carpet when she opted for a black body-hugging pleated off-shoulder gown while minimal makeup, red lips, a statement diamond neckpiece and earrings accentuated the classy look to perfection.

An after-party was held last night and Mahira chose another stunning number to let her hair down and party all night. Mahira looked gorgeous in a glittery pink dress which had a huge ruffled sleeve while her hair was tied in a messy bun. Minimal makeup, coral lips and statement diamond earrings finished her look out.

At the red carpet, Mahira met Sonam as the two actors hugged it out and posed for an adorable picture.

Earlier, at a media interaction, an elated Mahira shared her excitement about going to Cannes Film Festival for the first time. Mahira said, “I feel like I am a player going abroad to play for Pakistan but I am playing all alone. I am very nervous. This is a proud moment for Pakistan and hopefully, it will open more doors for us.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Mahira will next be seen in 7 Din Mohabbat Din.
